How Do I Place An Embroidery Order's Edit Request? |

"IMPORTANT: To send an edit request, you must have a
scan/image of the embroidery, either scan the embroidery sample you have
or take a digital photo with a camera."
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE YOU REQUEST AN EDIT!!
FREE MINOR EDITS:
1) You have just received your design and you find some minor adjustments needed (free).
2) If you want to have the file format changed to another (free).
3) If you want your design re-sized (under 20%).
4) Color sequence change or change a thread color (free).
5) Change the density of the design (increase/reduce). (free)
MINIMUM $5.00 FEE:
1) Major edits, like text change, logo design adjustments or anything in which the design is altered.
2) Re-size designs (over 20%)
3) If your required edit was not originally made by Glider Digitizing.
4) Order was placed more than one month from today. $5 will be applied if any minor change after 30 days.
STEPS FOR PLACING EMBROIDERY DESIGN'S EDIT REQUEST: 1. Login to Member's Area at GliderDigitizing.com 2. Click on "Embroidery Designs" > "Download/Check status", Choose your order in the list for which you want editing. Click the Edit Request button of that order. See the attached image below for reference.
3. Write your edit instructions
in detail & attach your scanned sample sew out file & click submit button. 4. You will receive an email once your edited design has been
uploaded. Edited items can be downloaded from the "Embroidery Designs"> "My Edit Download/status" page. Then select the design from the list below, write your edit instructions
in detail. Send us the edit request and we shall fix & upload your
design with. You will receive an email once your edited design has been
uploaded. Edited items can be downloaded from the MY EDITS page.

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were
just preparing to do a little research on this. We got a grab
a book from our local library but I think I learned more
from this post. I'm very glad to see such wonderful info being shared freely
